As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco Rosé or our Valentine’s signature cocktail “Amor” – a delicious love potion to set the mood for the evening! 🍹
A mouth-watering sea bass ceviche will open the show, followed by delicious starters such as our Pork Dumpling Soup, Vinegar Cured Mackerel, and Jackfruit and avocado spring roll.
For the mains – you’ll be spoilt for choice with a selection of three stunning courses – a grilled Octopus glazed with annatto oil, our stuffed Normandy corn fed chicken thigh with lemongrass, annatto and aioli sauce, and a delicious Roasted cauliflower in annatto glaze served with pumpkin puree, crispy taro roots and adobo flavoured sweetcorn powder.
And because there is ALWAYS room for dessert, particularly on a special occasion like this – end your Filipino feast with our indulgent Ube Crème Brûlée or our Silken Tofu Pudding, a deconstructed Tahô nestled in a chocolate sphere with silken tofu foam, mixed fruit boba pearls and honey syrup. 😍
